Once more, the University is trying to do its part in keeping students busy and entertained during this lockdown. Today, two new activities have been offered to students.

For one, Professor Jim al-Khalili has found the time to answer hundreds of questions surrounding physics on Twitter. These questions answer some of the most basic to more complex questions physics students and many others may have. Head over to @jimalkhalili on Twitter to find the answers to some of the toughest physics questions.

To help keep spirits up, the University also shared a link to an article displaying the many ways Surrey has been showing love and support to the NHS workers who have been giving their all to keep the population safe for weeks. You can check it out here

Finally, if you find yourself still struggling to cope with isolating, you can check out former NASA astronaut Scott Kelly’s tips on how to get through times like these and stay sane whilst isolated.

If you are still unsure about what the pandemic means for you, your academic year and performance, you can always check the University’s coronavirus page which is updated frequently, as well as Incite for breaking news and updates from the University and beyond.
